Each and every batch of our gelato is handcrafted from scratch in a traditional Italian way, no tricks, no shortcuts. Only local New Zealand dairy and the finest natural ingredients make it into our gelato - never artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. 

We handcraft small batches at a time with great skill and care, resulting in premium Italian gelato that’s distinctly smooth and silky, with delicious bold flavours.

We believe a great gelato should be simple but perfectly balanced to let all the natural flavours shine through. That’s our definition of handcrafting gelato to perfection.
